Ambiance Systems is Featured in National Magazines

Clifton Park, NY –This month you can find a featured article on Ambiance System’s owners Jennifer and Marc Leidig in the national magazine, CE Pro. CE Pro is the premiere consumer electronics trade magazine, which is distributed across the nation to all home electronic integration dealers and manufacturers. The magazine chose three women nationwide who are in positions of authority and who have exhibited role model behavior in the industry. Jennifer Leidig was chosen as one of those women. “I was very flattered and honored to have been chosen, especially with two other women whom I have tremendous respect for,” Jennifer commented. She continues, “The home electronics industry is disproportionately dominated by men, it isn’t always easy being the only woman in the conversation.” Ambiance, however, has proven itself to be an exceptional to the norm. Out of 14 employees, 4 of them are women – all of whom have taken on positions of leadership: vice-president/co-owner, office manager/bookkeeper, lead technician, and product coordinator.

This month you can also find an Ambiance System’s project featured in Electronic House. There is an article about the Perfect Den. It showcases a media room that Ambiance designed and installed including not only a 60- inch plasma that pops up from a cabinet but also has a huge movie screen and projectors that motorizes down from the ceiling. All of the room’s equipment is stored behind custom-made cabinetry throughout the room. When the media room is not being utilized, no one would ever guess that with a touch of a button a fully operational state of the art home theater existed.
